How do I do onMouseOver to make my navigation bar more dynamic?

I really want to change all of my navigation bar buttons so that they all change when you hold the mouse over it, to do this i want to make it work for one of the buttons first. The button im working on is a bmp file called “button.bmp”, the image i want it to change to onMouseOver is called “mouseoverbutton.bmp”. Please help!!!
I already have my navigation bar, i just want to get onMouseOver to work for a single button.

Recommend you do not use bmp format as they are larger file sizes then needed. PNG or GIF are good enough.
