I have a half-circle window with three bars inbetween two panes of glass, one of these has fallen. Can i fix?

The space between the panes contains a gas to help with energy efficiency, if you open it, you’ll lose that, not to mention you’d end up getting condensation between the panes eventually, and that looks a lot worse then a fallen slat. Best thing to do is a call a window manufacturer and see what they’d recommend.
