I used to have to get navy pants.
I got navy cords in the winter at J. Crew & American Eagle.
I’ve also gotten plain blue pants at AE in the spring/fall.
I’m sure it’s the same for guys…
If by brown you mean more of a dark khaki, you can definitely get them. Go to the stores and look around a little bit, or go to a department store. Even if you don’t want to spend too much, you can probably find a nice pair on sale.
