pokemon leaf green easy cash before elite four?

In my Pokemon Leaf Green I was wondering how to get lots cash easily before I fight the Elite Four. I have the Amulet Coin already, I just need to know a trainer which gives a lot of cash. I don’t have the National Dex because I haven’t beaten the Elite Four. So don’t say the people on lady Selphy’s island. 10 points if it works, if you say anything close to “pokemons lame” ill report it.
I need exact locations I have all 8 eight badges. So you can get best answer IF you give me the Trainer’s name, location, and what type of Pokemon they use. I already know about the people near ember spa, I use them for training ;P

The trainers with names like “Gentlemen” or “Rich Boy” generally have a good deal of cash. The closer the trainer is to Victory Road, the more they tend to have

The Canadian Maple Leaf Gold Coin
