Lot Five

I’m overweight by a lot. I’m five foot even and weight almost two hundred. How can I fix this?

I don’t mind exercising, or eating right, but the thing is, my metabolism sucks nads and I didn’t realize this until I turned fifteen and I was fat. If you’ve got any really good suggestions, that’d be great. Particularly a quicker way to loose weight.

I’ve been overweight off and on for 35 years. As a yo-yo dieter, I can tell you that quick weight loss is bad for you and will only end up making you fatter.

Cut back on high fat, high refined carb foods and get regular exercise (minimum 30 minutes per day, 5 days per week). Exercise increases your metabolism.

Aim for a 1 – 2 pound per week weight loss. Any faster and you will just gain it all back again.
