What is a good way to organize your PCs in Pokemon Diamond/ Pearl/ Platinum?

What i do is i just fill the pokemon in a open box, but i have a box for my teams, my legendaries, pokemon i need to train, and eggs. Also you might try having a box for the starters and their evolutions. And if not organize by type.
