GTA 4 platinum trophy?

I got the list of trophies for grand theft auto 4, but when i looked on how to get the platinum one it said “sorry for taking liberty with your time!”. What does this mean? I looked on a bunch of sites and they all say the same thing.

I’ve read this too in every site but I think I’ve figured out what it might be…to unlock the trophy you have to explore all of liberty city…ALL OF IT…meaning every single spot…but hey I could be wrong lol.
